Welcome to BATIK CLOTHING LINE LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.batik.ae ("Service") operated by BATIK CLOTHING LINE LLC.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card only in AED

• All prices listed on our website are in AED. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is not formed until we send you a shipping confirmation email.

• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
• We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re sellers or distributors.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

We accept returns and provide refunds for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt. Review Exchange and return policy along with Refund policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BATIK CLOTHING LINE LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of UAE

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

BATIK reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you use this website.

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

BATIK CLOTHING LINE LLC. Will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Import duties and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
