BATIK CLOTHING LINE LLC. strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed following the laws of the UAE.

At BATIK, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

 

Exchange: 

All products purchased from www.batik.ae can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of product showed.
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered

Returns

You will be required to E-mail photographic evidence of the defective item at contact@batik.ae or by Sending us a WhatsApp Message at: +971 529487424

You must notify us regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping for return parcels

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. BATIK may cancel orders for any reason. Common reason may include: The item is Out of Stock, Pricing Errors or credit Card payment declined by Issuers financial Institution.
